Villa offers: - 1st level: Swimming Pool, Foyer & parking. - 2nd level: Living room, Kitchen, One bedroom (Queen bed) and balconies -3rd level: Two master bedrooms (two King beds each), private baths and balconies. Extra mattresses available for additional guests - we can accommodate up to 14 guests. Kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishes and utensils. Good cell phone signal. Gorgeous place, go on walks on the 5 acres of private property of over 100 fruit trees and well maintained vegetable garden and private paved trail. Guests have access to entire villa and private outdoor areas. The staff that maintains the multi acre property lives full time on the property in out house a couple of hundred yards from the villa. Swimming Pool is private for the renters of the villa. Following pool rules will be observed : - Pool hours from 7 AM - 9 PM. no access to pool after hours - No beverage allowed in the pool - No life guard. Renters use pool at their own risk. - No glass containers near pool The staff on the property is available to help. Owner available by cell for any emergencies or help needed with other inquiries. This property is on lush hills surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees, secluded from mumbai hustle and bustle. Offers gorgeous sunset and sunrise with sea view, cool breeze and birds chirping.
