Ami's Goa get-away home/ Work and stay at my home!

Hello! This was my home for 3 years in Goa, and is filled with pieces of me :) It is one of the 1 Bhk units in Captain Lobos River hideaway. These units were designed together to follow Portuguese architecture and each of them are unique and special. My house is located on the first floor, it is fully furnished and filled with things i've collected over the years! I am happy to have guests use what I have here as they need :) . I am looking for guests who want to use my home to stay and work. Another important thing i'd like my guests to note is that I am hosting you remotely. I am mainly looking for people who want to stay a little longer, perhaps a month or so to use the space to work out of etc. I expect my guests to use the house like their own and treat it with love and respect :) I do have a staff who will come twice a week for general cleaning and maintenance, but I hope the guests generally clean up after themselves and are able to manage the most of it. If in any case you require more intense cleaning we would need to work out something else which would be additional to the rate mentioned. Once you have settled in, you will also find linen, towels etc in a cupboard which you can always freely use/ take when you need to refresh yours. There is parking available on the property itself. ***Another very STRICT rule is the number of people staying on the property. We can only accommodate 2 guests. In special cases as an exception only we will allow with an additional fee. But do keep me posted and in the loop! *** Since I am based in Kerala now, I will be remotely hosting, I will not be available at the property, but will be in touch via phone. You will have the number of Davalbi, my staff, who can be called if there is anything urgent. The entire society is filled with people i know ,it is also very closely knit. So if there any further assistance required I will put you in touch with other people who live near too :) The area is generally very peaceful, though it is just adjacent the Mandovi river across from Panjim city, it feels much more secluded and tucked in. Yet at the same time it is well connected to all the main areas in Goa. My house is one of the units in "Captain lobos river hideaway" , the day I stepped into this complex I knew I had to stay here. The spaces are very charming and quaint and there was never a moment I ever felt unsafe. The people/ neighbors are great as well ! Just outside on the main Verem-Betim main road there is an ATM, small shops to get basic supplies etc too. Probably about 1-2 kms away you will reach the Ferry point as well which will take you straight to Panjim city. There is a petrol station and Terrys supermarket as well where you will find most supplies. In Goa public transport is almost non existent. I always had my own vehicle when I lived there, makes everything a lot more easier. So it would be great if you could rent one during your stay there! There is parking within the complex itself :) The waste in the house is segregated, Davalbi should explain that to you. There are two bins in the kitchen, one for wet waste (food) and the other for dry waste (plastic/ paper). Any doubts regarding it feel free to ask her.
