Quiet room-St Julien/Geneva/Palexpo

A 20 m2 bedroom with a 140 x190 bed in a duplex flat with private toilets and shared bathroom, kitchen and living-room and balcony. A very quiet flat located in the centre of St Julien next to shops and bus stop (line D) to get to Geneva and Palexpo This 100 m2 flat is located in the centre of St Julien, in a very quiet neighbourhood where birds wake you up in the morning ! It is well situated thanks to the shops not far from there and the bus stop (line D) to get to Geneva. The countryside is also very close. This 20 m2 bedroom is upstairs furnished with a desk, a cupboard and a chest of drawers. My dwelling is in a small block of flats of 2 floors where quiet people live there. The bathroom full of light is just next to your bedroom knowing that we will share it. You will be able to use this pleasant walk-in shower and a nice washbasin. The kitchen is free of use, if you wish, with all the devices and stuff. The living-room can obviously be used too. If you need fresh air, one of the balconies will allow you to do so and have a rest. A free car park is available for your vehicule. A wifi connection is available too. Geneva Airport is only at 20 minutes drive from my place and the railway station of St Julien, just 5 minutes. If you need a lift from there, I will be delighted to pick you up depending on my working hours though. When arriving in my flat, I will have the pleasure to offer you a drink (tea / coffee, fruit juice or wine...) if you wish. I have nice addresses of restaurants, pleasant places to see... according to your wishes that I will be pleased to share with you ! The neighbourhood gives the opportunity to be very close to the town centre but also to get to the countryside in a few minutes walk near the Swiss border. Saint-Julien is a 13,000 inhabitant town in which I can advise you for a nice restaurant,... and not far from there, Geneva with all its awesome places. Also, at only 30 minutes drive, the wonderful town of Annecy with its beautiful lake surrounded by the mountains ! If you wish to go to Geneva by bus, it is very easy : line D of T.P.G. (= Geneva Public Transport) to the centre in 20 minutes (depending on the traffic). You can also get to Palexpo by car or bus very easily. I will give you all the information about this. I am keen on chatting, sharing... with people in general and I would say that I give a special attention to my guests ! However, if you prefer quietness and being alone, I will respect this.
