Double room, exclusive use of bathroom and kitchen

The room is near the city center, restaurants and the train station. It's a good place for couples, lone travelers and workers. The apartment is exclusive use and is located at 700m from the train station and the city center. There are 1 double rooms, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. I'm available with the guests for any need, I will be at the check-in and I'm always open to suggestions and improvements. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, the building in which the apartment is has a shared parking with electric gate. The balcony has a view on a football field where people play in the afternoon and during the weekend. Not recommended for those who want to rest during the afternoon. The center and train station are at 7 minutes walk. There are supermarkets nearby and other comodities such as shops, restaurants, pizzerie and bars.
