Apartment with garden and pool.

Our house is cozy and functional, with a nice garden and surrounded by a quiet place to spend a family holiday. It has swimming pools and barbecue on urbanization and is 200 meters from the beach and a mile from the golf course. The modern and spacious apartment has two bright and airy bedrooms, one with double bed and one twin beds. Both of them, with spacious cabinets for storing your things. It also has a kitchen, living room, bathroom with bath tub, large terrace and enclosed garden. Our home is cozy and bright with a pleasant garden and surrounded by a tranquil spot to spend a family vacation. The features of the house: We supply sheets for each bed, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, basic kitchenware. Oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, TV, radio and DVD. There is also a highchair for children up to two years and travel crib on request. Hairdryer provided. The garden is fully enclosed and has loungers, table, chairs and sun shade. In the complex there is a barbecue for common use that you can enjoy if you fancy. From the house to the beach you go by a semi-private road, very comfortable, it goes through a very nice playground and it is only a few minutes walk away. In the same walk to the beach, there are several cafés and restaurants. In the village of Mogro, about 3 minutes drive, there is a supermarket, a butcher, a greengrocer, cafés, press, church, a Santander bank office ..... About two kilometers from the house, or maybe a little less, there is a golf course for public use which also has a restaurant and caf eteria menus very well priced. The airport of Santander is just 15 minutes drive. The house is quite near SANTILLANA DEL MAR, CABARCENO, SANTANDER......... Just an hour away from Bilbao or Liébana. The entrance is from 16:00 and check out is before 11.00. Pools, BBQ and community playground. Closed private parking and parking in community garage. I am available for the questions from my guests. Mogro is a perfect place for a family vacation and relax. And yet, a few feet above the ground, you will find bars, cafes and shops. It is three minutes drive to a golf course for public use. It's just 15 minutes from Santander airport.
