It is a good place for families to stay together. It is a large-sized house with all the necessary facilities for long or short living. 3. Universities such as Kwangwoon, Foreign Language Univ, KIST, and Seoul Science and Tech Univ are close. 4. Free Wifi in House 【General Service Information】 We have three plans decided on rooms. If you want 1 room and other space, please visit the other plan (most economical): If you want 2 rooms and other space, please visit the other plan If you want 3 rooms and other space, please refer this plan 【Safe and Clean】 As a "Korean Accommodation Service house for Foreigner", my house is certified by the Korean government. We guarantee your Safety and Cleanliness. We clean all bedding with clean detergent before check-in. In addition, clean the apartment directly. We are different from other Airbnb where cleaned by another person or a cleaning company. 【Internet】 *Free WiFi 【Please pay attention】 It is strictly forbidden for a non-guest to come home to eat, sleep or party together in our house. This is to maintain the clean environment of the house and make it convenient for the next guest to use. 【Transportation】 * From Airport From Incheon International Airport, it takes a 1 hour 30 minutes by Airport bus. Since My house is very close to the Airport bus stop, it takes only 3 minutes by walking. It is very convenient because there is no need for transfer. * To tourist spot You can easily get to the tourist area by city bus without transfer. If you take the bus for about 30~40 minutes, you can go to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insa-dong, North Village, Myeong-dong, etc) 【Purchase】 There is a supermarket next to my house. It take only 2 minutes by walking. ★ My house has 3 rooms (Room1, Room2 & Room3), 2 bathroom, living room and kitchen. My house is much larger than the size you see in the photo. ★ We do not share space with other guests. ★☆ Please read the guests staying more than one week - one or twice times of every week, the following services will be provided. 1. Cleaning the floor 2. Towel exchange 3. Garbage disposal I will try to do everything you want if you want. Sorry for that we do not serve breakfast to our guests. However, if you wish, we can arrange for you to buy the food you want before check-in, such as cereal, fruit, milk and mineral water. Our house is located in the northeast of Seoul. It is about 10km away from Seoul City Hall. There is the third largest park in Seoul within 10 minutes walking distance. There is a swimming pool 10 minutes walk. There is an ice rink within 10 minutes walking distance. There are several gyms within 10 minutes walking distance. ★If you use the next bus at the bus stop in front of the house, you can go to the next place without a transfer. 1.
