Two minutes from state highway one , 5 minutes from Karapiro domain , the Don Rowlands function center , and the Te Awa cycle way , 10 minutes from Cambridge and Hobbiton , 15 minutes from the Waikato River Trail , 20 minutes from Mystery Creek events center and Field Days site , 30 minutes from Hamilton , and 90 minutes from Auckland International Airport . Food A self service continental breakfast is included in the tariff . A light meal can be prepared in the kitchenette. There are many cafes and several restaurants of a reasonable standard in Cambridge An evening meal can be provided by prior arrangement Accomodation . Spacious bedroom with queen size bed , panoramic lake and country views, kitchenette, terrace and own bathroom . There are also two more bedrooms with queen size beds , and a third bedrooom with two single beds . These are only available to the party booking the the initial room , and share the same bathroom and toilet . The price of $nz 180 is for the first bedroom . Extra bedrooms are $nz 100 . Each bedroom can accomodate no more than 2 people . The Owners We are a professional couple who are lucky to have travelled widely .
