With earthy tones throughout. Highlighted by the stylish modern kitchen with a large fridge, under counter Bar fridge, induction cook-top, convection oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen flows into an open plan dining/lounge area with large sliding doors opening onto an alfresco area, allowing plenty of natural light to filter through the home.  Both bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and the main bedroom equipped with a beautiful en-suite and with garden areas for easy entertaining. Please be aware the driveway is quite narrow and you may prefer to reverse in. Access is available at any time using a key lock - the key lock location and combination will be provided on the morning of your arrival. There is a major shopping centre less than 10 minutes away and plenty of local shops to meet the daily needs of the community. It has great parks and gardens and is very family friendly and safe. You will have your own parking area in front of your residence. To do so please make your way to the back of the property using the driveway. Please note that there is another self contained unit at the back of the property to the right hand side used for further guests. A key can be accessed from a lock-box on the rear of the main property which will become visible once parked. PLEASE NOTE: * We have a strict "No Parties" policy as our home is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. * As stated in our rules this residence allows for a 4 people stay with any additional person to be charged at $50 per night stay up to a maximum of 6 people.
