Jogya City Residence

Completed in year 2018 and strategically located in the heart of Jogyakarta, the Jogya City Residence offers convenient space for for families and groups of up to eight people. The villa can be rent for both short-term and long-term stays. Run by a local family, the two-story villa is equipped with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room, living room, and a garden with a pool and terrace (overall floor size of 175 square meters). The villa is fully serviced for short-term stays. There is no extra charge for electricity etc. For long-term stays, these costs will be born by the tenant. The Jogya City Residence is located in Jogakarta's vibrant city center but still far enough to enjoy the comfort of a traditional Javanese neighborhood. Most cultural attractions are in close proximity, including Sultan's Palace (Keraton), Malioboro Street, Fort Vredeburg, Taman Sari Water Castle, and Jogja National Museum).
