The house is located on a 3 hectares wine farm, nestled among Montepulciano vines and olive trees, 15 minutes to the BEACH. In a renovated, nineteenth century house, we offer a modern apartment, a swimming pool area (the pool is open only in summer), bbq, steam bath, Thai massage (as available) and a football pitch. The apartment is entirely renovated on the ground floor of a traditional farm house. A decking is available for dining and relaxing moments. Guests have access to the pool, football pitch, the meeting room with free Internet access, barbecue and to all facilities of the property. Family members live in the same area where the apartment is situated: they are always available for advice and clarification. The property is located in the open countryside of sweeping hills about 12 km from the Adriatic Sea. In Nereto (about 2 km) bus rides are available for the main towns in the area such as Alba Adriatica, Ascoli Piceno and Teramo; as well as Rome and the major airports.
