Cosy tiny house in minimalistic Scandinavian style

The tiny house with a living area of 26 m2 is located on the edge of the property near our family home. The house was completed in 2019 in a minimalist Scandinavian "hygge" style where only natural materials are used. The goal is joyful and carefree living in harmony with nature. To promote relaxation in nature and for you to have space for yourself and your thoughts, the house does not provide technologies such as wi-fi or TV. The accommodation offers everything you need to live and relax. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer), bathroom, open-plan relaxation area with sofa and a bedroom for two in the attic. Next to the house is a sunny terrace for relaxing while gazing at the pond. If you wish for privacy you will not be disturbed by us as the tiny house is set away from our home. If you bring your bicycles with you, you can store them in the shed next to the tiny house. We are always available and we will be happy to answer questions and help you to organise a nice trip. Several cycling and hiking trails crisscross the property. The location offers a wide range of sport or tourist activities nearby, such as Zvíkov Castle which is about 25 km away. The beautiful royal town of Písek located only 8 km from us, has numerous dining options and places to explore. What can you do here in summer? Summer offers many possibilities to enjoy during your time here. The local bike paths offer plenty of opportunities for touring. Those who like running will enjoy the surrounding hilly landscapes. In addition blueberry picking or mushroom hunting, fishing and long walks will allow you to relax from everyday worries. You can rent a paddleboard and ride on the Otava river in the nearby Písek. In hot summer weather it is ideal to visit the swimming pool at Sv. Václav. And what to do here in winter? Surrounded by beautiful nature you can cross-country ski on the or go ice skating on the frozen pond. Trip to the city of Písek Písek was founded in the year of 1243 and its historical center is an urban conservation area. There is a 13th century stone bridge in Písek which is the oldest Czech standing bridge. Other sights include the Royal Palace, the Dean’s Church of the Nativity of the Virging Mary with the clock tower, which is the dominant feature of the city, and several sections of preserved town walls. Písek offers a number of beautiful cafes and restaurants where you can eat deliciously. Stroll along the river or take a hike to the Písek Mountains. It is ideal to reach us by car.
