Chilled modern oasis in Footscray/Seddon

G'day! The near new apartment (4 mins walk to train station then 12 mins to city) is a perfect base for a stay in Melbourne. The open plan living space features picturesque views of Melbourne's skyline, your own bathroom, a tranquil aquarium, home theatre/sound system and warm hospitality! Nestled between Footscray and Seddon, the location is excellent with cafes, shops, restaurants, markets and transport all within a short walk. The apartment complex is modern, only completed in January 2018. Your bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a choice of pillows. There's shelving in the room inside the sliding mirror doors and you have your own bathroom. Above all, make yourself at home. Connect your device to the Onkyo Home theatre sytem and play your music, unless its Death Metal - I dont find that very relaxing :) I have table tennis which can be arranged and also chess, jenga, boardgames etc I love cooking and usually aim for 2-3 nights a week. If the timing works out I can cook a meal for you or if you don't trust me then feel free to use the kitchen yourself. :) There's a bunch of bars which we can explore as well if timing works out well. The location is excellent as in the summary. There's numerous restaurants close by offering a range of cuisines and footscray market is walking distance. The train station (Middle Footscray) is 4 minutes walk and just over 10 minutes from the city. A bus stop (out the front) is also an option to highpoint shopping centre/cinema. I strive to create a relaxing and welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable. In addition to the lounge there's a bean bag and hammock. My little gem of a son Ethan (8yo) stays with me occasionally.
