Two lovely double bedrooms with sleek ensuite bathrooms upstairs and an open plan kitchen and living area downstairs with a cosy wood burner. Fantastic space with plenty of light and breathtaking views over neighbouring countryside. Beautiful location in a haven of tranquility. Perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. Kitchen units made from old doors, vintage sinks and taps...everything has been given a utility chic makeover. The living area is inviting with thick rugs and interesting art. A glass sided staircase transports you upstairs to the deeply restful beds dressed in neutral linens. Sip a glass of wine on the outside decking and watch the sun go down. A welcome breakfast pack is included. Sofa bed in study allows for one extra person. Minimum stay 2 nights. No children under 12, babes in arms only. Sadly no dogs. Owner lives next door The barn is ideally situated in a small hamlet in the Cotswolds with several lovely pubs nearby. Burford, Stow on the Wold, Bibury and Oxford are all within easy reach. Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Spa are about 30 minutes away. Lots of lovely walks but a car is needed. The Village doesn't have any shops but the local Spa is a mile away. Charlbury mainline station is 15 minutes away.
