Villa Xemxija - A fantastic duplex 2 bedroom fully air conditioned apartment with use of shared swimming pool. Living room leads to extensive terrace with nice sea views and country views. Bbq compliments the extensive terrace where one can entertain himself in the balmy evenings of our summers. Apartment have fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Airconditioning is on pay per use where one pay for its consumption. No use no pay. The property is merely 250 meters from all the restaurants bars and sea front cafes. Near enough for one to stroll to all amenities one needs on such holiday in particular swimming yet far enough to be in a tranquil quite area. Access to Villa Xemxija's large pool and spa with ample sun deck equipped with sun beds and shades. Pool is not heated and it will be closed for swimming in the months of December January and February. We are 24 hrs available as we live 100 meters away We have very good public transport which is also cheap Note: an eco tax of 50 cents per night per persons is applicable as of the 1st June 2016. It will be paid locally to us here on checking in. Persons under 18 years are exempt of this tax.
