Parking on driveway under the bedroom window. Newly renovated, spacious unit. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Offering complete privacy. You will have the whole unit to yourself. It has a separate entry for your privacy with keyless entry (code will be provided). Your parking is next to the front porch under your bedroom window. I live in the main house, which is sectioned off from the unit, so you will have complete privacy. I work during the day throughout the week but am contactable by phone. Please note: if you are staying longer than one week, I will need to access the unit fortnightly to clean and provide fresh bed linen and towels. Convenient location, close to all major freeways, Sunshine and Albion train stations, Sunshine hospital, shops and more. If you don't have a car there is a bus stop about 150m away which will take you to the train station. In less than a kilometer there is a major Ballarat Road with all kind of shops and restaurants. Sunshine Shopping Plaza is 2km or 4min drive from home. Like any other shopping centres it offers variety of shops and eateries. One of the major Melbourne shopping precincts Highpoint Shopping Center is about 5km away. Essendon DFO with gazillion of shops 15min drive.
