Villa Kira is a stylish 2 bed pad, located 900 meters from Fisherman's village The swimming pool and gardens are tropical. Our space is chic and clean. The living room has 55 inch smart TV with fast Wifi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. King beds have quality linens & beach towels. The bathroom is elegant. Fisherman's village, the nearest beach & the local bakery and coffee bar are 0.9 km away. Chaweng beach is 12-minutes by car. Treat yourself to a luxury holiday with us! The "New York Loft" exterior has covered balcony on both floors. There is a love seat on the front bedroom balcony. We suit couples wanting base to enjoy. The kitchen leads from the cozy living room with 55 inch TV and international channels IPTV. The space in the kitchen includes dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen was micro, oven, extractor, dishwasher and washing machine with extensive work tops. Friends will love staying at our place due to closeness to beaches, night-life and restaurants. All are less than 5-10 minutes away by car. Comfortable, clean, private and designer styling make our place a great choice. It's a walk down to KOB Cafe and Bophut Market. Fishermans Village is a further walk away. We are on Forest Hill Residence which is a gated community. We recommend scooter or car hire. The grounds have some parking spaces. We live locally, so you will see us around the resort. Close to everything, "King of Bread" ideal for coffees or lunch time, and serve special French and German bread, light meals and English breakfast. The Black Monk at Bophut Temple is just a few minutes walk, as is the local fresh market. Cross the temple and you are at the entrance to Fisherman's village. This has art shops, fashion, and a collection of bars. Thai and international restaurants, and more coffee shops. Enjoy a massage at one of the many local shops. A foot massage is great for taking an hours sleep in the day. Driving we do recommend car, but scooters are another way of getting around. The main baht bus route is on the main ring road opposite KOB "King of Bread". You can walk down to Fisherman's Village from our place. We charge for electricity which is metered and 6 Baht per unit. Budget for 1,200 Baht per week. Cleaning and change of sheets and towels minimum 1 x per week included. Our place is cleaned to a high standard prior to your arrival. Fresh sheets, towels and beach towels provided. The kitchen is stocked with minimum 6 bottles of water, sodas, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and tea for your arrival. Extra items do appear on this list!. Macro, Big-C and 7/11 are a short drive away. Let us know! We have a baby cot. We expect guests to be quieter after 9:30pm, we are in a gated community called Forest Hill on Soi Sunday, Bophut. When using the swimming pool please do not bring glass bottles or wine glasses. Children must be accompanied at all times.
