Beautifully situated country house

In the middle of the fields and grasslands this monumental outdoor "de Wijte" is situated. The property has a very spacious living area, modern kitchen, fireplace, patio doors to terrace, nice sized bedrooms with lovely soft beds. Cultural cities Deventer and Zutphen are nearby. It's a great place for nature, rest and culture lovers. The "Bijschuur" is part of the farm complex "de Wijte" established in 1903. In 2002 this complex is completely renovated. The place downstairs is spacious (100m2). There are created various seating areas, one with fireplace and there is a modern kitchen. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. And the authentic details of the building are maintained. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with two single beds. Guests have the entire building and terrace at the front and sides available. In the orchard near the location is a mini-campsite for 9 caravan sites; (Only) for quiet nature lovers. From the terrace you possibly can see through hedge / fence some caravans (from April- October). The main farmhouse is rented to a three-member family, they are "independent" of the secondary barn. We do care about personal attention. One of the members of family Aalderink will receive you in person. For questions / comments, we are happy to assist you. Property the Wijte lies between the fields. We get back from our guests that they appreciate the tranquil and expansive environment. "We lost our rush-feeling completely!" once said one of our guests. The bus stops in the village which is a walk about fifteen minutes. We will send you additional information about activities in the area, hiking, cycling and eating & drinking tips and other useful information before your stay via email! Our location not suitable for children under 12, pets, so- called booze weekends, swingers and other "sexual adventurers". In case of five people: In the master bedroom upstairs, a beds can be added. In (school) vacations the location is rented for a minimum of one week (from Friday to Friday). An additional charge is charged for visitors above the booked number of people.
