Lovely self-catering, fully furnished holiday home to rent on Lake Geneva, 120metres to Excenevex small beach. Yvoire is just 2.5 kms away! Sleeps 4, ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy the beauty of this area. Centre of Excenevex, near bakery and mini-market. We include all bed linen and towels (inc beach towels) within the price. We are literally 120 metres from the small beach & Port - close enough to go in your bikini! Our spacious terrace has spectacular views of Lake Geneva and mountains, ideal for dining. Our place is a duplex/apartment on 2 levels. Recently renovated to a high standard. Private Duplex with separate entrance and private terrace. Parking for small car or larger car next to house. We are close at hand if you need anything or have any questions about the local area. If you damage any items, please be honest; we are happy for you to replace them. If you accidently leave our towels at the beach, please replace them, thank you. We are literally 120 metres from the small, quiet beach & Port - close enough to go in your bikini! The medieval village of Yvoire is 2.5kms away. The local mini market & bakery are just 30 metres away. The large beach with kids play area, pedalos, boats, paddle boards, bikes, restaurants, and snack bars is a pleasant lake side walk of just 800 metres. Parking on site for a small car, or land next to house for any size of car. Yvoire (2.5kms) has a boat service operates all year round. Ideal for Nyon. Only 20 mins drive to Swiss Border and Thonon-les-Bains. Evian is 30 mins drive. Please note that we are on a road, opposite the lake. To access lake and beach, just cross over road and walk approx 2 mins. There is a little traffic noise during the day, but it is usually quiet during the night. Our wifi connection isn't strong, however we can offer a Ethernet cable if required, hence the reason why we don't say that we have wifi connection. No parties allowed and no 'additional' guests please. The accommdation takes a maximum of 4 people.
