Bull Pen is as you may of guessed the farm's original Bull Pen. Converted to a 5 bed cottage this property is detached and surrounded by stunning countryside. A large open plan kitchen and lounge makes this a great property to have a big gathering and with swimming pool, children's play area, gym, table tennis room and farm shop on site there is something for everyone. The pool on the Graythwaite Estate is a shared facility and has been changed to bookable 45 minute private sessions. You can book these through the shop on the Home Farm site where the pool is located, or through the Estate office.
