Little Dewcroft is a newly built annex to Dewcroft which is situated in the most delightful and friendly village of Horsley in the beautiful Cotswold area of Gloucestershire. Stuart & Anne Youngs will be your hosts and look forward to making you very welcome. We are in a gorgeous quiet location, there is a country road outside the property but little can be heard from it outside and nothing from the inside other than that The birds, sheep, Geese and Chickens are the only neighbouring voices. We are a 5min. walk of a very popular Pub who serve up some delicious fresh meals. The village Community Shop is a 5 min walk also which supplies local produce and most things including your morning newspaper. The surrounding area is packed with lots of places to visit by car or on foot. There are walks for everyone from flat cycle tracks through wooded areas to climbing the hills of the many valleys with spectacular views. Nailsworth is our nearest Town which is 1 mile from Horsley it has lots of individual little shops to take your time browsing around and maybe take home some handmade local treasure. The town is packed with coffee shops and Restaurants offering most quisine. There is a Farmers Market once a month, and in our neighbouring town of Stroud a weekly farmers market every Saturday which is a must to visit. Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, Burford Bath & Bristol are all within 40min. drive, or just stay and relax in your rocking chairs in the sun with your favourite book The village has free parking as has the nearby Town of Nailsworth although time limits are set on them, make sure you read the penalty notices for time limits. Dewcroft has parking inside the gates for guests Stuart & Anne are on hand most of the time for any questions or help they can give or just a friendly chat Small cotswold village with its own Pub/Restaurant. Lots of lovely walks from the village. 35 ins from Bath, Bristol, Bibury, Cirencester and Cheltenham You would need a car unless you just want to walk around the area as some of the hills are quitesteep
