Summer House - Room for 5 people in 1st Floor

The house has two floors with 5 bedrooms in total and 400m garden that can be used for parking, barbecues etc. The house is located approximately 13 min (walking distance) from the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet due to not having many buildings in the area, making the house a perfect place for large groups that want to have privacy and/or quite times. The house has been used so far for family summer vacations so far. It's a quiet place with large outdoor space, perfect for calm summer holidays. During June-September, my parents are available there all the time. On the rest of the year, we're in the house only after 06:00 pm but we can arrange the timing. Most beach towns are noisy and messy due to the beach bars with loud music or the amusements parks. Our neighborhood is approximately 13 mins away from the town center, in the middle of fields, which makes it quiet and calm with green spaces around.
