Casa Lucia

Welcome to Casa Lucia, surrounded by greenery and only at 1.5km far away from the public beach of Zenna. The house is easily accessible by car and you can park near the house or in another public parking 100 mt. away. Casa Lucia is on 3 floors each one with private bathroom, there is also a laundry area with washing machine in the basement. The wonderful location will allow you to enjoy an amazing view and relaxing or having a great BBQ on the terrace. Even your animal friends are welcome. Casa Lucia is spread over three floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and bathroom, on the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom while on the third floor there is the attic with attached bathroom. The penthouse is structured like a small studio apartment. Outside you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. The whole house is available to guests except the cellars which are locked. We’re Alessandro & Veronica and we’re happy to have you as guests in our holiday home. For any trouble or request we’ll try to do our best to help you. Casa Lucia is located at the end of a closed road, surrounded by greenery in a very quiet area and with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake. You can move easily by car, bike and there’s a little train station. Upon your arrival you will find a small welcome surprise.
