Welcome to your home away from home. Our studio apartment is located in our backyard and is fully self contained away from the main house with direct access. Double glazed and insulated, perfect for short or long stays with free on-street car parking outside. Perfect for those: Commuting for work on a one-off or regular basis Needing a base in Lower Hutt while visiting family or friends Those visiting or working at Hutt Hospital (5 min drive away) Tourists Our studio is double glazed, fully insulated and warm. It comes with a queen bed, 100% cotton linen and feather/cotton duvet depending on the season. Complete with a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils you can make breakfast, heat a simple meal or choose to get a take away from one of the many local options available instead. The modern bathroom has high pressure gas hot water and the main room has modern electric heating. Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are provided. All linen and towels are supplied along with body wash. Fibre WiFi included. No TV. On street parking right outside the house. Sorry no off-street parking available. **Please note there is no access to the spa for guests*** Long staying guests are welcome to use our laundry for a fee when we are home. Feel free to enjoy our spacious backyard, jump on the king size trampoline and eat grapefruit from our tree. We love meeting new people (being travelers ourselves) but are happy to give you your privacy as well. We have two small children and a dog. Situated in a leafy safe and central suburb of Lower Hutt you can access everything you need easily by public transport or your own vehicle. 2 minutes to the bus 10 minutes to the train then a 20 min train to Wellington Free parking outside 5 minute bus to Lower Hutt 5 minute drive to Lower Hutt CBD and Hutt Hospital 20 minute drive to Wellington
