A social place with 6 - 8 seat setting. Extra retreat area is a large grassed back yard with BBQ entertaining area, a patio with seating and table overlooking lovely leafy garden setting all among established gardens. A beautiful quiet, private setting with plenty of space for the family and friends. Guests can feel at home with access to all living areas, inside and outside, laundry, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with Italian gas stove and oven, front verandah and rear patio in lovely setting and huge back yard, BBQ area. We are happy to offer our guests friendly and welcoming environment. We are well traveled and take interest in other cultures too. We live quietly, like new company, BBQs, summer meals on the deck and enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. Happy to recommend popular places, great sights, entertainment etc. You will find us very genuine and you will feel at home here. Our established neighbourhood is friendly and is surrounded by parks. Holland Park is a very highly sought Place to live, due to the convenient location with quick easy access to so many facilities and the City. We have the express bus transport , Thai & Chinese Restaurants, Bakeries, Convenience Store, Popular Coffee Shops, Post Office, Banks, the Iconic Hotel with Restaurant and City Views. We have a Park and football field at bottom of the street and beautiful Mott Park with BBQ facilities, gardens, nature walkways, nearby on Logan Rd. On our doorstep are Express buses to the City, Southbank Parkland, QUT University, Griffith University, Hospitals, Garden City Shop/Centre, Carindale Shop/Centre. Bus stop and Taxis just a short stroll to the top of our street. Depending on the route, trip is from 8 minutes to 25 minutes. We have two small, old friendly dogs, Dixie and Daisy.
