Light and Bright: House near Freo and the River

Our spacious, well-equipped and newly renovated home is a hop, step and a jump to Fremantle and the Swan River. Located in a peaceful street it is easy to access, trendy and provides for your practical needs plus extras. We have a coffee machine, tea facilities, dish-washer, washing facilities, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, Wifi, Netflix, free parking and an outside area to sit. The location is convenient to public transport, shops and cafes. Available Space The two front rooms are locked for the owner's use and the rest of the house is yours including 2 lovely bedrooms. The kitchen and wet areas have been upgraded and renovated. New lino and fresh paint makes the space clean and fresh. Decor - The interior is light, bright, clean and comfortable. Lots of windows open up to the garden. The living area is huge with an open kitchen/dining plus a large carpeted TV area. We have provided a 65 inch Smart TV. Kitchen The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking and eating utensils. Guests can use a new glass stove-top but the oven is not connected. The pantry contains some food essentials including coffee, teabags and some breakfast items. There is a microwave and a dishwasher. Bedrooms The bedrooms have built-in robes for hanging space. The single room has shelves and a desk as well. Bathroom and Toilet - newly renovated The bathroom is new, spacious with both a bath and a shower. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. Occasionally an owner's family car will be parked in one of the 4 carparks. Self-access information is provided on confirmation. Unfortunately we are not available to welcome you although you'll will have a number to ring if there are any problems. The neighbourhood is friendly and security conscious. We enjoy close access to the river for walking and cycling activities. In close proximity we have several cafes, a liquor store, restaurant and fish and chip shop. In addition, Melville Plaza and Petra Street shopping centres provide lots of facilities. Point Walter recreation area is also easily accessible. It is a 8 minute drive to Freo and a 2 minute drive to the river. Public transport is convenient on Canning Hwy using bus 101 and 106 to Fremantle and Perth. The best way to find out routes to places is through the 'moovit' ap. Our favourite walking route is to Point Walter is along the river via Blackwall Reach Parade.
