Supplied with beer, Hunter valley wines, breakfast cereals & milk varieties. 5mins to the lake & cafes, 10mins to Redhead beach, which is patrolled, dog friendly and has cafe. Newcastle CBD, with a huge variety of beautiful restaurants & beaches within 20mins. Located on eastern side of Lake Macquarie and only 90mins to Hornsby, 60mins to Port Stephens and 45mins to the Hunter Valley Vineyards. This is my home and has a bedroom & living area that I limit myself too, to stay out of your way. You will have your own separate lounge & dining area. These are an open plan area attached to the kitchen. Other than when I need to use the kitchen you won't see me in your living space. But I am comfortable with either staying out of your way or engaging - whichever you're more comfortable with. My place has a shared bathroom and second toilet. There is ducted air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout. There is a large & fully secure yard if you want to bring pets. My bedroom & living area is in one end of the house so I'm out of your way. Although I'm comfortable engaging if you'd prefer. Happy to provide tips or opinions on places to see, visit, explore or kickback and relax. As long as I don't have other bookings or plans, I'm flexible with check in and check out times. Within 10 minutes you can be on the beach, Lake Macquarie foreshore, parks and bushland walks. Within 20mins to Newcastle CBD and 2 major shopping centres. Within an hour to be in the Hunter valley vineyards, outskirts of Sydney or Port Stephens. Central to public buses. Relatively flat bike ride to lake and beach. Breakfast available with 3 different cereals, variety of milk options, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. You’re welcome to anything in the pantry or fridge, including beers and some fantastic Hunter Valley wines. Washing machine, dryer and iron are all available as well.
