We are only 15 mins from Hamilton Airport 1 hour 45mins from Auckland Airport - 20 minutes to Lake Karapiro - 15 minutes to Mystery Creek (field days) - And an easy day trip to Rotorua, Tauranga and Taupo A yummy continental breakfast of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, spreads and toast is included in this price. Our large home has a whole wing for guests, with a large lounge containing a dining table, television and tea and coffee making facilities with bar fridge. A coded door gives you access to the guest wing so you can come and go easily. The Spacious Queen bedroom and guest lounge open onto a deck overlooking the pool and garden. Our aim is to help you have an enjoyable stay. A home cooked evening meal is available on request. We can also take you on a tour of our dairy farm. Both dinners and farm tours are by arrangement Very quiet place in the country with no close neighbours. A 5km walking track around Lake Ngaroto is just down the road. You will need your own transportation We have 3 bedrooms available in the private guest wing. This listing is for our room with 2 King Single Beds. You will never be booked in with strangers- once one room is booked the others become unavailable - unless you want them of course.
