Bedroom No 2 has a King Single bed ( south facing to backyard), sleep 1 , has a workstation with study desk, lamp, wardrobe. We are easy going , like travelling , outdoor spots cycling , swimming ,fishing, bushwalking , nature, photography , calligraphy, classical piano music Family TV room, dining room, kitchen , upstairs bathroom if you wish as Guest bathroom is downstairs, your own study work station in your own room. There is another large study ( upstairs) area with 1.8m x 1.8 U shape workstation ( willing to negotiable and share with you if you have lots of paperwork to do your work) Family room , TV room , Kitchen , Laundry, back patio , upstairs and down stairs bathroom . I can point of places of interests in SYD and show you the best way to get around in SYD. Bella Vista is within “The Hills” and the “Bible Belt District ". It is a quiet leafy residential suburb with small close knit community 5 BR house is situated in a leafy cul- de sac street in a quiet family neighbourhood 5 mins drive ( bus) or 25 mins walk ( 2.9 km distance )to Hill Songs Church, Bella Vista Private Hospital , NorWest Central ( shops) , 300 metres walk to a bus stop where you can catch a bus to CBD , Parramatta , Westmead Hospital. Crowne Plaza and Bell Vista Hotel are close by . There are plenty of restaurants ( Indian, Chinese, Thai , Japanese, Fish and chips, Pizza shops which are 5 mins from our house to NorWest Central Tennis Court , park is 5 mins walk to Village Green Fitness Centre - "Fitness First", "Virgin Fitness " / swimming pool- 5 mins by car to NorWest Central House location - 300 metres walk to the bus stop- Express bus going to CBD ( City, 40 mins ) , Macquarie Uni ( 20 mins), 5 mins drive to Seven Hills train station. 5 mins to Hills Song Church and NorWest Central . Shops 5 mins drive to Norwest Central Shopping Town to go Hills Song Church ( 2.9 km from our house / 25 mins walk) , Bella Vista Private Hospital, fitness Centres, medical centres, Banks, Supermarket ( Coles , Woolworths) , restaurants, and tennis court 15 mins drive to Westmead Hospital 10 mins to Castle Hills (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) car parks) , Baulkham Hills Shopping Centres and libraries Bus to the heart of CBD City 613X Bus stop is 300 metres (5 mins walk) from our house. 613X Bus goes to CBD (45 mins) and 20 mins to Macquarie University. T62 Bus will go to Parramatta via Westmead Hospital. Bus stop is 5 mins walk from our house Transport to our house from the airport - 1 hour from the airport to Seven Hills Train Station (fare $20 dollars) and $10 taxi fare from the Seven Hills train station to our house Airport shuttle bus from airport to our house (fare $80). You need to pre book this 3 days before hand. Early arrival before check in time will attract $50. ( We had previous guests arrived at 8 am to use the hosue facility. We had to change our schedule on the day.Thank you for your understanding) Please keep noise down after 9 pm as we normally go to bed early . Non smoking , mature persons preferred. Please wear slippers on indoor tile floor. Clean bare feet on carpet on carpet area. Not to wear outdoor shoes indoor for hygiene reasons . Please close your bedroom windows as it may rain while you are out. Rain may wet the carpet. Please close windows in kitchen area , lock front door when you go out.
