room 1 in a bridgend town bungalow.
This is a twin room in a very nice quiet street within walking distance of the town centre and railway station. There are twin beds and a t.v. in the room. I am sure you will feel at home in this house and garden. . Guests are able to use the kitchen space just for very light cooking as it is my home which I trust will be respected. I do not want any cooking after 7pm If guests wish to have me cook a full welsh breakfast I will for £5 per head which is about the cost of the food including larva bread which is a welsh delicassy made from seaweed. Worth a try! Guests may also feel free to use the garden to sit in and relax if the weather allows! There is a very cosy log burner for the winter months. There is a good safe area for parking on the front drive. Guests can come and go as they like. I will always be available to help and advise on where to go etc and have plenty of interesting places of interest leaflets to feel free to use. I can meet guests at the station if necessary and also at the airport if need be. There will be a charge for the airport of £25 which is maybe a little less than a taxi. This is a well respected area of the town as you will see by the well kept gardens and houses around. I am 25 minutes walk from the railway station which is on the London Paddington to Swansea line. (5 mins in a taxi), half an hour by car from the airport. There are trains to Bridgend from the airport via a link bus from the airport to Llantwit Major station and trains run hourly. It can also be arranged for me to meet guests from the airport. There are 2 -3 trains hourly to Cardiff and Swansea and hourly to London. I have all the necessary time tables in my house for your use. There are plenty of taxis. This is a very friendly and safe neighbourhood.
