The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the lower ground floor, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - AC, WiFi, TV, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - The room on the lower ground floor has a mini sitout, the room on the ground floor has an attached balcony and the room on the first floor has an attached sitout with a mini pool. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the lower ground floor. - The living room can seat up to 9 people. - It offers AC, TV and WiFi access. - The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people. - There is a 2,400 sq. ft landscaped lawn. - It can seat up to 7 people at any given time. - There is a private swimming pool on the lower ground floor. - The pool is 15x4 ft. in size and 5 feet in depth. - There is a mini pool on the first floor. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at no additional charges. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Guests can prepare their own meals or order meals from nearby restaurants. - Barbeque kit is available free of charge. - Non-veg cooking and consumption is allowed. The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. They can also enjoy in the clubhouse and relish a scrumptious barbeque meal. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the society. - In case of a power outage, the society generator can support all the lights and fans for up to 6-8 hours. - Guests can bring their pets at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. Guests are requested to keep their pets off the beds. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here.
