Our comfortable & cosy 2 bedroom unit is located on the 2nd floor of a well maintained & quiet complex. The space is carpeted & air conditioned throughout for maximum comfort. Lush tropical gardens surround the complex allowing you a pleasant outlook & privacy. This unit is perfect for guests seeking that "home away from home" feel while allowing you the greatest convenience of location to all of the Townsville industries & attractions on offer This Townsville unit is fully air-conditioned and has a security screen to the front door, there is a staircase from the front door up to the apartment located on the top floor. There is off-street parking available and the complex has recently been painted, and is well cared for. There are well established gardens in between each unit which allows you plenty of privacy & a very pleasant outlook. There are plenty of screened windows & fans allowing for light & breeze as well as a generous balcony to enjoy some fresh air. There is a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom & 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, both with immaculately clean & fresh white linen provided. Both bedrooms are carpeted, air conditioned , have block out curtains and plenty of storage from the built in robes. Whole unit access I'm always available over the Airbnb app & if needed can assist with any questions/recommendations The complex is located in a quiet area of the suburb of Rosslea, and is set back from major roads , however is very close to all of Townsville's’ major amenities & attractions. In the immediate area, your’e spoilt for choice when it comes to the best of townsville coffee shops such as Little Pegs Coffee on Charters Towers Road, as well as Coffee Dominion which also has a drive through! Anderson Park botanical gardens is very close by and is one of Townsville's natural attractions - its worth a stroll through! The Townsville Golf club is located in the suburb and is an easy 15 minute walk or only 2 minutes in the car, they also have a driving range open from 6am to 6pm. The distance from some of Townsville's major attractions & amenities are: 11 minutes to Townsville Airport 10 minutes to the Townsville hospital and James Cook University 3 minutes to the Mater hospital 6 minutes to Stockland shopping centre 9 minutes to the city and Strand 4 minutes to Murray Sporting Stadium.
