Stunning riverside house in South Devon

Stunningly situated on the shores of the River Teign estuary in South Devon, the views of the ever changing river and the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed in all seasons as there is always something new to see. The house was built in 1970 and is most interesting and even intriguing in its design! Extensive internal modernisation has been carried out so all the comforts of the 21st century have been carefully incorporated to ensure our guests experience a luxurious home from home holiday. The house is all on one level, so ideal for guests with limited mobility and for families with young children. Over an acre of lawned gardens are for the sole use of guests, with direct gated access to the river foreshore. The owner lives next door, but entrances and gardens and access are all entirely separate. The owner (or a representative) will welcome guests to the property and will advise on local amenities as required by guests. The house is on the edge of a small and quiet village which has two excellent pubs, both of which are within walking distance, one being only five minutes walk from the property. There are numerous countryside and coastal walks from the door of the house, and the wide expanses of Dartmoor can be easily reached by car. The view of the tidal estuary of the River Teign from the house is outstanding . The house is extremely spacious and idea for families holidaying together.
