Zoe's Cosy Stay is just open in late August 2017 !!!!!! It's a newly renovated unit with gorgeous space, located in a quiet complex but close to CBD within 5-min driving distance. It's also close to sporting centre, hospital and petrol station just within 5-min walking distance. You will have private parking space. The bathroom and toilet is private for you at most of the time. The unit is close to CBD and attractions. You have your own bathroom and toilet, and carport. This unit is just renovated and is owned by a host who loves art, music, and all sorts of beautiful things. With her amiable, thoughtful personalities, and kind and honest characters, it's aiming to provide you comfortable, cosy and homy stay. 1 Wifi (NBN) connection 2 Air TV in lounge room 3 Piano if you would like to play. 4 Kitchen/Dining space, including cooks and utensil. 5 Laundry 6 Yard Picking up from airport, train and bus is possible. If you stay over weekend, and it happen to me to have time to cook, you are very welcomed to join the evening meals, enjoying authentic and exotic dishes. No extra charge, which is just bonus for your luck. The host loves hearing your experiences, sharings...because she knows each person has unique story, and each life is unique jouney... The unit locates in tourism zone in town, so it's close to CBD and various attractions, eg Todd Mall, Botanic Garden, Mbantua Aboriginal Art Gallery, Alice Springs Reptile Centre, National Pioneer Women's Hall of Fame, Royal Flying Doctor Service, etc.. Various sporting facilities are also close by within just 5-10 mins walking distance, like stadium, basketball/netball club, squash center, aquatic centre, bicycle track. The golf course, casino and convention centre just take no more than 5 mins to drive. You have private parking space if you have a car. Bus station is on site if you use public transport. Taxi and Coach pick ups. 1 Guests should take off shoes before entering house. 2 Guests should keep room and shared space clean, tidy and neat. 3 Guests should do the dishes after each meal.
