Perfect for a lazy weekend! Our cosy, secluded studio with NBN WiFi set in a lush native garden, a good distance from our home. Separate bedroom with queen size bed and wardrobe, bathroom and living room with day bed. Well equipped kitchenette with fruit bowl and breakfast supplies. 3 bikes and helmets - 2 mins to bike track and dog friendly beach. Plenty of street parking. Our guests love the complete privacy and quiet seclusion of our studio apartment. The studio is well insulated - cool in summer yet cosy in the winter months. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, slow cooker and sandwich maker. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, including: - Sanitising high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches and taps. - Using cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wearing protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - Cleaning each room using extensive cleaning checklists - Providing extra cleaning supplies for use during your stay - Complying with local laws, including additional safety and cleaning guidelines Our quiet street has plenty of street parking. Your entrance is through the carport gate and along the left hand side guest pathway which is lit by solar lights at night. The bike shed has three bikes with helmets and a lock, for your use. There are keys to the studio, bike shed and bike lock. Enjoy the native garden. Sip your morning coffee on the verandah, watching the Lorikeets and Wattle Birds feeding on the native trees. We will be available via text message with 24 hour advice and support. East Corrimal is a quiet, friendly and family oriented neighbourhood enjoyed by surfers and bike riders. The local cafe, Franks 'n Beans (walking distance to Murray Road), is very popular. There is a good Foodworks in the same location. We have listed our favourite restaurants in the manual. For more details on shops etc in Corrimal, see our guidebook below. The lagoon and bicycle path are at the bottom of Thalassa Avenue. Left towards Thirroull, to the right is the playground and beach. It's a short walk to Murray Street for shops and cafes. Buses for both the Uni and Wollongong City are round the corner and its a 10 minutes walk to Corrimal station. On arrival you will find a 'starter's kit' – muesli, bread, milk, butter, jam, honey and vegemite. In addition there is fruit, biscuits, tea, coffee (instant or coffee machine), drinking chocolate and bottled water for your use. NBN wi-fi, fan and hair dryer. Extra blankets and swimming towels in bedroom wardrobe. The comfy day bed could sleep a child or average size adult.
