The property covers an area of 140 square meters divided in three levels (basement, ground and upper level). It can accommodate up to eight persons in 4 bedrooms on the upper level and the basement and each level has its own bathroom. On the ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a very spacious living room with television. Additionally on the upper and ground levels you can find two very beautiful and spacious verandas. The property is part of a contemporary construction, which consists of eight individual houses, located in the village of Logaras on the eastern coastal side of the island of Paros approximately 100m from the beautiful blue-flagged sandy beach of Logaras. The house is located in the village of Logaras which offers a variety of taverns with local and international cuisine, bars, grocery stores, bakery, a supermarket and a pharmacy in a 5 minute walking distance from the house. Additionally in close proximity to the house you will find the cosmopolitan fishing village of Piso Livadi which is located only a few meters away from Logaras. It is a picturesque village where many daily boat tours depart from. There is a public bus stop 100 meters from the entrance of the house. You can find the bus schedule by googling "KTΕL PAROU". * If you need extra cleaning during your stay the cost will be €10/hour for the cleaning lady and €20 for the change of linen and towels. * There is no heating or air-conditioning provided in the rooms located in the basement and their use is recommended only between June and September. * Please do not take the house towels to the beach.
