A secluded one level villa with BBQ & Dip Pool

Nestled in the heart of Paros, among the hills of Kostos village, Villa Mirtula is the ultimate retreat for a large family or group of friends looking for relaxation. Situated in a quiet environment with fabulous views of Naxos and the Aegean sea. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walks, but you are only 15 minutes drive from the pristine beaches of Paros and the cosmopolitan village of Naoussa. Enjoy a drink in the plunge pool and pick your own herbs and fruits in the huge garden! This spacious villa (180 m²) is on one level and sleeps 6 persons comfortably in 3 bedrooms. Two extra people can be hosted on a metal-framed bed and a younger child on a couch bed in the living room. Two of the bedrooms have air-conditioning the smaller twin bedroom is not equipped with air-con. The house is made of natural stone though so it’s cool in the summertime and warm in the winter. On entering the villa from the spacious patio you arrive at the open plan living/dining room/kitchen. There is a desk in the living room to place your laptop if you really really have to do some work. From the kitchen, you can access the back patio area, where there is a brand new built-in BBQ area with seating and a great big dining table. All the bedrooms are private and open from the open-air living area, and there are two bathrooms, one with a washing machine. In front of the house, there is a very spacious terrace with tables and chairs. Also, a plunge pool and four sunbeds to enjoy those glorious views. There is an 11.000 m² garden all around with olive trees, fruit trees, grapes, and delightful Mediterranean herbs. This house is a nature lovers paradise! There are no immediate neighbours, peace, and quiet guaranteed. Parikia, the port city 15 minutes drive – Kostos village center 5 minutes drive Anna will see you at your arrival, hand you the house keys, explain how everything works in the house (hot water, cooker, wifi etc.) and then tell you about the island and answer all your questions. On your departure, she will see you again to check the house, get keys and see you off. You can always contact her by telephone or email. Kostos is in the middle of the island, a traditional village with a "kefenio" and maze like little streets. You are 10 minutes drive from both Naoussa and Parikia, and 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Molos, Tsukardia or from the shops of Marpissa. The house is located in a very quiet, natural environment with no actual neighbours. There is a bus passing through Kostos village. We do recommend having your own rent a car or bike to be more flexible. Small pets accepted might be accepted by previous arrangement. If you are a smoker please smoke outside, this is a non-smoking house. Please note that the dip pool is operational from 1st May until 15th of October when the weather is nice and warm. The rest of the time it is not filled with water and not operating because it is too cold to use it. - Before traveling to Greece please study the "Protocol for Arrivals in Greece" official government website in order to familiarise yourself with what will you need to provide on arrival to Greece.
