This home provides great spacious accommodation for up to 13 people and pets. It has a kids room upstairs with RCAC - plenty of space for kids to play and sleep. 4 adults bedrooms. The property manager lives on site at the rear of the block, in a separate house, and is available for any issues or concerns. Many mountain bike parks. Mountains, rivers, lakes, caves, scenic drives, the 90 mile beach - endless fun. Guests are expected to leave the property clean and damage free. Any excessive cleaning required will need to be paid for in addition to any damage. Guests are expected to "pick up" after their dogs.
