On offer is a clean modern queen size bed in a large room, which is attached to its own private lounge/dining room. Private bathroom and toilet, shared if other guest room is rented. 5 min walk to Caboolture hospital. And beautiful parks and lake across the road. Very relaxed, quiet and clean environment. Guest space includes queen bed bedroom, bathroom & toilet/powder room. The space is homely, quiet, modern, clean & tidy. Our aim is to provide you with a home away from home. The home is large and provides privacy and a peaceful setting for guests. You will have access to bathroom, toilet/powder room and off the street parking. (All amenities will be shared). Kitchen is available for food preparation. Guests are welcome to put supplies in the fridge and use microwave, jug, toaster, utensils, plates and cups. Washing machine use charged at $5.00 per load, or else laundromat close by. The focus of this BnB is to provide guests with a private, safe and secure living space while travelling and away from home. I am a social interactive person and interested in people, I would love to get to know my guests if they are up for a chat and I have broad knowledge of the local area and all the fun stuff on offer. But I totally respect my guests privacy if you're not up for interaction. Up to you. We are situated 5 minutes walk from Caboolture hospital. Public transport to Morayfield walking distance to bus stop and Caboolture train station. Across the road from parks, play ground and the magnificent central lake. Walking tracks surround the parks and lake. It is a quiet upper class area with shops in short walking distance. Inc (Woolworths, Coffee Club, Gym, Doctors, Dentist, Subway, Mexican restaurant, Chemist, Hospital etc etc). Many tourist attractions close by including Australia Zoo, The Big Pineapple, Aussie World, Underwater World. We are situated 5 minutes from the Bruce Highway half an hour from the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane CBD and 20 mins from Bribie Island. Access to public transport: Bus stop is 200m away which will take you into town and Caboolture train station is a short walk. Breakfast is not provided, but space in the fridge and use of microwave, jug, toaster, cups, plates and utensils is.
