This beautiful aircondioned home is a perfect get away place, to stay while you explore the unique city of Tagaytay . sleeps 16 Bedroom 1) super king size bed. ensuite + a/c Bedroom 2) double bed. ensuite + a/c Bedroom 3) double bed .ensuite + a/c ( note) bedroom one and two are identical. 2 Sofa bed ( good quality) 2 spare mattresses ( double size) and 2 in the sofa if needed. the main bedroom ( Bedroom one) has a seperate outdoor 6 seater dining for those who needs a bit of privacy away. thank you.. Jacuzzi is with fee of 400 php. for 30 minutes 700 php. 60 minutes . the open kitchen is equipped with electric/gas 4 burner stove and oven, complete kitchenware / dinnerware, microwave, slow cooker, blender, bread toaster, electric kettle and a large refrigerator with ice cubes dispenser. the dining open are with 6 table chair and a curved large television set in the living room. The outdoor entertaining are is complete with gas BB-grill, vedioke, pool table, dart, chess board, double swing and a six seater outdoor dining table. kitchenware, utensils, plates, coffee cups/ mugs, drinking glass etc. are provided, that includes drinking water as well. we also provide towels, handtowels, hair shampoo/ conditioner and soap. please ask Dan if you need to use a hair dryer. complimentary tea, coffee , sugar and hot chocolate ( sometimes) please help yourself. carport that can fit in 2 regular size car free parking is also available outside the premises. Please note that because of the pandemic that we are not allowed to use the vedioke as Baranggay council policy. I'm sorry..Thank you. Hot tub Jacuzzi is with fee of 400 php for 30minutes 700 php 60 minutes. Dan, the property caretaker lives separately at the quarters, and he will give you of full personal space if you do not need his help. You are free to ask for his help anytime, otherwise... Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Guests can easily get around by public transport. cctv.will be installed at the property for your safety in the house. only paid guests to enter the property. host must have a prior approval of any extra guest before the commence of thier stay. your full security bond will be at risk if this rule is not applied. smoking is allowed outside only. if you smoke inside the house you will be asked to live the premises. *please empty rubbish bin when vacating *please make sure all your dishes are washed and dried before putting away. *please leave BBQ- Grill, stove and microwave clean as you found them ensure all A/C turned off when you vacate.
