Fold out sofa in lounge room

IT IS A COUCH WITH A MATTRESS IN THE LIVING ROOM, WHICH IS OPEN= NO DOOR. NOT A HEAP OF PRIVACY, BUT IT’S CHEAP FOR THIS REASON. DON’T BOOK IF YOU CAN’T HANDLE BEING IN AN OPEN SPACE, AND PEOPLE USING THE KITCHEN AT ANYTIME My place gets heaps busy, so if you are looking at a cheaper alternative take the fold out sofa in my lounge. It has removable partitions so you’ll have some privacy, but noise could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. It can be shared as I have other sofas in the lounge. Guests can use everything in the house (except my record player) Pretty much everything, again, apart from my record player I’m very easy to get along with and very sociable, when you feel like it 1km from merlynston train station, very quiet street, not much going on. Close to a park and coburg lake Train is close I have off street parking also The lounge is a common area, sometimes you will have to share it
