It is a two storey house, modern and stylish for you who needs lots of space to accomodate family or friends. There are garden and swimming pool to enjoy at the side and backyard. A BBQ pit is also available free to use whenever you fancy a simple BBQ gathering. Spacious parking area up to 15 cars We have a large backyard, a swimming pool for kids and adults, a shared modern and very nice kitchen, a seating lounge with free coffee and tea. The house is located in an upscale quiet neighborhood of Kertajaya Indah Timur, within a walking distance from the Institute of Technology 10th of November (Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember - ITS) campus, within 5 minutes drive to the biggest and luxurious Galaxy Mall, 5 minutes drive to Food Festival at Pakuwon City, and about 10 minutes drive from Manyar Kertoarjo strip of restaurants and cafes. Guests can access our very nice and modern kitchen, swimming pool and large backyard. I’m usually around at breakfast time and like to chat with guests but of course we will respect your privacy. Guests can also interact with other guests should they choose to. I can be reached by email/ (Hidden by Airbnb) /phone. It is one of the upscale neighborhood in Surabaya. Quiet but yet located in the city. It is a safe area, we have our own securities at the house. The neighborhood has a one-gate entry and exit with securities. Surabaya does not have a good public transportation. Generally buses are unreliable and old and there is no train/subway. Taxis are the mode of transportation to get around. And now we have Uber, Grab, Gojek that is way much more efficient to use to get around Surabaya. We can also arrange a private transportation if you like, just let us know in advance. Just enjoy yourself and relax at our place.
