The welcoming friendly owner also lives here with his family. Each apartment has a private terrace. The pool is being used by the guests as well as the owner's family. The pool is 15 meters long and 7 meters wide and between 1.50 and 2.20 meter deep. There is ample parking space. The vacation rental is 1.5 km from the main road to Valfabbrica, in total 5 km from Pianello and also from Valfabbrica. In Pianello as well as in Valfabbrica one can do grocery shopping and there is a bar, gas station and other shops. In the area there are many restaurants and pizzeria's. In Valfabbrica also is the entrance to the high way that connects with Perugia in 10/15 minutes and the other way is towards the Marche (140 kms to the seas side). The pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September. There is no washing machine and no television in the apartments. All apartments have wifi. Upon arrival one has to pay the final cleaning costs: €40 for Kiwi and Quercia and €25 for Olivo If heating is needed this will cost: €10 per day. Note that there may be a tourism tax to pay. Since 2013 the local authorities in Umbria can ask for this tax which is not included in the price. One enters either in the double bedroom or in the kitchen. This kitchen has a 4 pit gas cooker, oven, big fridge with separate freezer and a dining table for 4. There is a large bathroom. The pool is about 40 or 50 meters from the house. In front of the apartment are a table and chairs on the private terrace. Next door is the kitchen of the Noce apartment. Use of the heating is charged based on consumption: €10 per day. Paolo also lives on the premises with his family. The vacation rental is 1.5 km from the main road to Valfabbrica, in total 5 km from Pianello and also from Valfabbrica. In Pianello as well as in Valfabbrica one can do grocery shopping and there is a bar, gas station and other shops. In the area there are many restaurants and pizzeria's. You need a car to be able to stay at the Santapollinare. There is free parking. The road to arrive is partly steep and through some woods. Upon arrival you will pay in cash the final cleaning of euro 40. There is no washing machine and no television. In case you use the heating, this will be paid separately before departure: euro 10 per day.
