Cozy studio in the heart of Ligurian village

This cozy studio has been totally renovated recently and it provides its guests with every comfort needed. The apartment is located in the heart of the little Ligurian town of Civezza, 4 km from the seaside and a medieval and characteristic gem on the west side of Liguria. The studio overlooks one of the little square of Civezza and it provides guests with a quiet escape from the nosiness of cities. The one-room apartment comes with an elegant and comfortable sofa bed, which can be closed during daytime for having extra place in the studio.The kitchen is fully equipped. Induction cooker offers a safe and more enjoyable way to cook and a tiny electric oven, kettle, moka machine are provided as well. The bathroom with sink, toilet and its handcrafted shower made of stone adds value to this lovely one-room apartment. A big TV is available in the flat and a spacious wardrobe can host all your personal belonging and clothes. The house is used solely by the guests and the entrance to the apartment is inside a a building where there are two more apartments, which all share the main entrance. Civezza is a Ligurian village of 500 people and its medieval origins are fascinating to explore. As the town is 4 km from the seaside, you are surrounded by olive trees, without losing sight of the Mediterranean sea. Three local shops are available in the town as well as a post office, a pharmacy, a bar and a restaurant/pizzeria. Twice a day, a bus goes to and comes back from Imperia, passing by San Lorenzo al Mare. Plenty of parking spots are available in the town and a private parking place is available on request. As Civezza is a tiny little village, the streets are quite narrow and for people not accostumed it could be hard to reach some of the places by car. We thus suggest to park the car in the big parking place (free) well signposted at the entrance of the town and then walk to the studio which is only 2 minutes away. Otherwise, we also suggest the guests to wait for us in Piazza Carducci, the main square which is easily accessible by car.
