Single bed room

Single room The single room is downstairs in my house, used as a single room with single bed, or a front lounge. Next to living room,kitchen and downstairs toilet with shower. There is a full bathroom upstairs I live at the property,so always available. My house is central for town,shops and a beautiful park. Walking is best. I have a bicycle for the use of. House is close to bus stops,trains,motorway etc. Parking outside of house and guest has the use of all facilities, kitchen, wifi etc.
