We wanted to do something special. So an idea was born to make a separate place, where guests can enjoy their time. It is a good place where you will find a lot of natural light inside. Nice place where you can relax and read a book or use our fast Wifi to work or keep yourself online. You will find BBQ, outdoor lounge, private and secure parking and easy self-check-in at the time suitable for you. Free wifi, cable TV, full kitchen, children play area and bathroom are at your service. You will have the entire house with private secure parking inside the garden. All bikers are welcome, we can offer motorcycle and bicycle parking with closed doors. Automated check in enables you to come and go as you wish. You will be provided special security key to gain access to the house. Entire house includes king size bed (180 cm wide) plus 140 cm wide bed on the first floor, TV, Wifi, entirely furnished kitchen with all the necessities to prepare delicious dinner, supper or breakfast. There are two grocery shops just around the corner (+ flower shop, pizza house, shoe repair and pharmacy). Bus connection with the city center is very good and the nearest bus stop is just 300 meters away. You will be able to use the whole house, terrace around it, free and secure parking area, nice garden with children attractions (coming this summer) bicycle and motorcycle parking in the garage if you notify us earlier. We are always there for your comments, suggestions, questions or special requests. Ku:bik can be very flexible to meet your special needs (children, pets, parking, food etc). Please note that the additional fee of 5€/pet/day applies (please leave the cash at the table when you leave) Just contact us freely, we will be there! Ülo and Kristi Ku:bik is located in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. There are mainly private houses in the block. There are light traffic lanes nearby which are very suitable for using roller skate, bicycle, walking, running etc. The Ku:bik is close to ERM which is impressive and very popular (Estonian National Museum), Upside Down House (children love it) , Tartu Adventure Park (for your adrenaline) VSpa (the greatest spa complex in Tartu Raadi Manor and the park . Ahhaa center (science center for small and big) To the city center is just 3,5 km, by car 8min. By bus 12 min, the name of the closest bus stop is Kruusamäe, it is 350m and takes 4 min to walk. The parking in the city center is limited and additional charges apply (up to 2€ per hour). You can easily check in with your secure code to get the key. To use the wifi and TV, information will be sent upon your check in. To park inside the garden, the gates will open outside. You can use all the equipment at the terrace and in the outdoor lounge for free. If you have any questions, we are there just around the corner.
