Villa Saint Martin is one of our bungalows. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is an ideal accommodation for a stay with family or friends. The house is surrounded by a large garden with a huge covered terrace. Villa Saint Martin e is one of the houses of the small villapark of Grand Aveneau - a cozy park in Vasles, a few minutes' walk from the Golf Course of Les Forges. During your stay you can enjoy the facilities of the park, such as the playground, and the communal swimming pool. The entrance hall brings you to the spacious living room with fireplace. The large open kitchen is equipped with all appliances, such as a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven. Next to the kitchen you will find the utility room, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. The living room is light and spacious. It is a nice place to be. At the large table you can enjoy delicious meals and good conversations. You can use the sofa to relax. There are three bedrooms in this house, all on the ground floor. The master bedroom has its own bathroom ensuite, with bath, toilet and double sink. The other two bedrooms share the bathroom with shower in the hallway. There is also a separate toilet. Outside this house is just as pleasant as inside. The house is surrounded by a large garden. Because of the large covered terrace you can always sit outside. And when you feel like sunbading you can lie use the two sunbeds! Toute la maison et le jardin sont à votre disposition pendant votre séjour. We say hello when you come, and we wave you goodbye when you leave, but during your stay you are completely free. If you need assistence, a chat or some tios: 'We are just a phonecall away!' Our houses are situated in Vasles 'Sheep Villages' and Les Forges, well known for his hugh 27 holes golfcourse. Here, in the heart of the country, you can still find 'the real France, with the beautiful countryside and the peacefull and pittoresk villages. You can drink wine, visit 'Brocantes' and just enjoy the good life. But there is more: You can go to the Futuroscope, or to Poitiers or Niort. You can go for a hike, of enjoy the country by bike. You can visit the Marais, go horseriding, or to the roman theatre in Sanxay. You can even go to the Atlantic coast. It will take you an hour to get there, but then you can enjoy a beautifull day at the beach. There is so much to do: You will love it here!
