A beautiful home in the heart of the National Forest, situated on the edge of Albert Village Lake & on good hiking & cycle routes, beautiful dog walks, plenty of space for your dog to roam in Princess Diana Woodlands. Close proximity to Moira Furnace, Swadlincote Ski centre & Conkers Tourist attractions. Hicks Lodge cycle centre is approx 3 miles away & only 5 miles from the lovely market town of Ashby de la zouch. Walking distance to local pub. Parking available on driveway. Free Wifi. Much love & attention has gone into restoring our previous home, there is a lounge, fully functional kitchen, dining room & downstairs cloaks. Two bedrooms, the main bedroom has beautiful views of open fields & has super king bed & a work space. Second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a garden has an outdoor seating area. Key safe There is a key safe for your convenience, however if you would prefer me to meet you at the property with the keys that is not a problem. We live local so if you have forgotten anything or need advice there will be a telephone number left for you. The Mushroom Hall pub is just a few minutes walks away & great place to have a few drinks. Plenty of other Places to go for a Bite to eat with the Tall Chimney & Prezzo within just a one mile walk. There is a local bus stops just outside, with easy reach to Ashby-de-la-zouch, Swadlicnote, Burton-on-Trent & Derby. Also Taxi's are based a few minutes away in Swadlincote. Take approx 5 minutes to drive to Swadlincote, 10 minutes to Ashby-de-la-zouch, 20 minutes to Burton-on-Trent, 25 minutes to Tamworth & 30 minutes to Derby.... Beautiful places to drive to include Calke Abbey, Ashby Castle, Roslinton Forestry Centre, Tamworth Snow Dome, Foremark Reservoir, Jungle Madness (Soft play & outside pool area), Ashby Hood park swimming baths, Moira furnace & canal.
