It has double glazing and thick walls (according to Sardinian tradition) to ensure a fresh and soundproofed environment. Ground floor: the cool open space features a fully equipped modern kitchen with induction stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and oven; a comfortable dining kitchen island with design stools; a cozy living area; a large 4K Smart TV, connected both to the satellite and to Wi-Fi with access to internet channels, a Bose Soundbar connected to the TV and allowing you to listen to your music from your mobile phone or tablet via Bluetooth. The ground floor master bedroom has a patio door that opens on one side of the garden. It is decorated with natural wood and textiles and features a designer bed and designer wall lamps. Its stylish resin walls bathroom is equipped with a super modern shower and has both traditional lighting and a LED system that runs along the entire ceiling. Top floor: it is accessed both from the internal staircase and from the external staircase that leads to the terrace. Its master bedroom opens onto the terrace through a patio door and is decorated in shades of white and turquoise with designer lamps. Its bathroom is covered with decorative tiles and features a built-in shower. Garden, Patio and Terrace: all of them complemented by brand new stylish outdoor furniture. The garden features also an outdoor shower. Laundry Room: it’s located outside on one side of the house and is equipped with washing machine, sink and detergents. Luisa The villa is part of the estate Li Casi Bianchi and is very conveniently located in the small village of Lu Fraili, only 1.5 km from the gorgeous beaches of fine white sand of Lu Impostu and Puntaldia, where you’ll find the clearest water ever…you might know that the beaches of Sardinia are called the Maldives of Europe! The centre of the town of San Teodoro is about 4 km away. In San Teodoro you will find all sorts of services: a supermarket, a deli with take-out service, shops and boat rental. In the neighbouring village of Puntaldia there are fine restaurants, pizzerias, shops and a drugstore. How to reach the villa: from Olbia Airport follow the directions to San Teodoro. Follow via Nazionale for about 20 km until you arrive in Lu Fraili. Drive past a small supermarket and a couple of small cafés on the right, and follow the road for about 200mt, then turn left where you see Li Casi Bianchi written on the entrance stones. My house is on the left of the entrance. 1) From the end of April 2021 the Municipality of San Teodoro has established the tourist tax for stays from 16-6-21 to 15-9-21: 1 euro per person for a maximum of 7 nights. Upon your arrival you will be asked to pay it cash and a receipt will be issued. I will later pay it to the municipality of San Teodoro. 2) Sardinia has a highly organized system of separate waste. So please collect waste separately, as per local rules reported in the house book that Ilenia will show you. Not respecting those rules means big fines by local authorities! Any fines will be charged to guests present at the time the infringement was detected. 3) The Wifi system of the house is available from May 1 to October 31, it's unavailable from November 1 to April 30. Guests interested in booking a stay in April will enjoy a lower rate per night to offset this inconvenience. 4) We care about the well being of our guests: the mattress covers of our beds are highly breathable and made with anti-mite/anti-bedbug materials, moreover thay are sterilized at each linen change.
