Lovely studio app, attached to the main house with private access. You get 1 bedroom (comfortable queen bed), large bathroom and a small but well equipped kitchenette..all to yourself. Direct access to 11 m pool, entertain. area, BBQ and 1.5 acres. All in the middle of Hervey Bay Quiet, clean, peaceful, with a great yard, pool and covered area....what's not to love. Your apartment is attached to the main house but are very private (separated by a locked door). Your own access to the yard and rooms. Your own washing facilities, BBQ and safe off street parking. All you should need. 2 mountain bikes available if you feel energetic. You have your own keys for access to your rooms (no need to go though the house). A comprehensive local guide book with our favourite restaurants and internet. Utilise the pool and entertainment area. Feel free to wander the yard and very safe neighbourhood. We ask that you don't have additional visitors to respect our privacy. Thank you. As locals living in the attached house we are readily available to answer any questions. We can make recommendations and even make bookings for you at local attractions, dining, tours etc. Or leave you alone to enjoy our lovely place. We both work full time but are only a phone call away. Tree lined streets in one of the best locations in the bay. Great for walks and relaxing. We are very central so access to all of Hervey Bay is easy. Kangaroos over the road, sports clubs nearby and Fraser Is, whales with the bay's beaches and walking paths not far away. It is less than a 5 min drive to beaches, shops and restaurants. All of the pubs and clubs have free shuttle busses that pick up from your door for those who enjoy a drink. Free use of 2 mountain bikes. Our 2 lovely border collies, Astro and Kira share the back yard and love a good pat.
