'The Chase' is a large multi-bedroom family home capable of accommodating up to 6 guests in 3 large king size bedrooms and set in an idyllic rural setting in the quiet and beautiful Somerset hamlet of Hunstrete. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS LISTING IS FOR OUR 'CREAM ROOM'. AND IS NOT AVAILABLE ON AN INSTANT BOOK BASIS AS IT IS INTENDED TO BE USED AS EXTRA ACCOMMODATION FOR GUESTS BOOKING OUR GREEN OR GREY ROOMS WHO NEED AN ADDITIONAL ROOM FOR CLOSE FAMILY OR THEIR CHILDREN. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR INFO. This listing is for our CREAM ROOM only not for all our available three rooms which can be booked separately if required. We have two large main double Guestrooms (The Green and Grey rooms) and an additional slightly smaller double Guestroom (The Cream room) available for our guests Each Guestroom has a King size bed, with shared 'wet room' and toilet facilities for the use of guests only. The two larger guest rooms (Green and Grey Rooms) have a Nespresso machine and tea making facilities, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. The smaller doubled bedded room (Cream Room) is suitable for children or single occupancy. For guests with limited mobility, we have a chair Stannah lift installed giving access from the ground floor to all guestrooms For those guests staying on business and wishing to have peace and quiet to work, or to complete that 'last minute' work, we have a fully equipped separate office suite with Wi-Fi, PC's, fax, printers and scanners which are available for your use. The house is permanently occupied by the owners, Elaine and Grahame, who are on hand and will be pleased to assist you during your stay. As part of your stay, we are pleased to provide a complementary 'self service' continental style breakfast (coffee/tea/cereals) for all our guests between 08:00 and 0900 a.m. If you have any special dietary requests then please let us know and we will do our best to try and meet them. Guests are welcome to use the gardens, grounds and sun terrace during their stay. We ask that our guests, on their morning of departure, vacate their rooms by 10:00 to allow for cleaning The guests rooms are all situated within the owners home and the owners are resident so are on hand at most times should you have any requests or queries. The Chase is set in a very quiet rural Somerset hamlet of only 15 houses. It enjoys its own private grounds and gardens of over 3 acres together with its own lake. The nearby restaurant 'The Pig near Bath' is only a short walk (400m) for lunches and evening meals. The historic World Heritage City of Bath is only a short 10 minute drive away from The Chase where a visit to the ancient Roman Baths is a must see together with the famous Georgian Buildings and the Jane Austen trail. A car is almost a necessity. The nearest train station is Keynsham (3 miles). Bath city is a short 10 minute drive away and Bristol city 15 minutes. For guest wishing to stay with us who plan to arrive by public transport, the owners will collect and drop guests from local train stations for a small charge
